However, if you use the seed to take advantage of it and say for an instance: claim every nether fortress and stronghold; thats a good reason to ban you under rule 2 for cheating. Worlddownloading falls under the same umbrella, if you want to worlddownload inorder to have your build saved or to share it online, go ahead! Just do not use worlddownloading to find specific things (like open chests) or use it to xray.
