On Moxiecraft, we have a system of warps, for players to get around the world quicker. Warps are teleport points, that can accessed through a GUI with /warps ingame, or, alternatively, one can type /warp [name] to teleport to a specific one. All of the warps are listed at the bottom of this page.
If you wish for your town to get a warp, you must ensure that it meets the following requirements:
- A railway link[1]
- Any of the following:
- A population of at least 3 people
- Age of at least 3 weeks
- At least 2 farms within the town boundaries[3]
- A wiki page in the correct category[4]
- A road[1]
If you are trying to get a warp not for a town, all of the transport requirements and the wiki page requirement still apply. Please discuss it with an admin in person, however, as builds aren’t as clear as settlements in their eligibility.
All requests are reviewed by admins on a case-by-case basis, so make sure to @ one of them when they’re online to check whether your town is eligible.
- ↑ 1.0 1.1 1.2 It must go to a notable location, such as a town, a monument, a significant build, or a farm. It must not go to a location within the town or to an insignificant location. For example, any pre-generated vanilla feature or any small exclusively utilitarian structure will not qualify. A railroad must not be industrial (e.g. for transporting villagers or materials)
- ↑ The portal must be accessible by foot in the nether and be within the town border in the overworld
- ↑ Any type and size of farm works: a crop field, an automated iron farm or a small XP farm would all qualify
