Town Information
Otters Pass is a northern town near the end of Highway N-1. It is an admin town which follows the idea of admin towns not having or being able to qualify for a warp. The town is located next to the Layer of the Yeti dungeon and sits in a mountain pass.
The town was solely created since SiOtter wanted to make a mountain town similar to the ones he grew up in. The towns designed around a Main Street with shops and embassies for the little government that encompasses it.
