Picota City is a city located in the Terpomo Federation. It is currently built by Zazcaly_. The town was made for Frontiertown III, which is a contest held by SiOtter. . Anyone is free to build here with Ryan's approval.

Often called Picota, this second largest city in the Federation is the current crown jewel of the Federation.
