Spawn is mentioned a lot on the server! Even administrators talk about it on the regular.

Spawn is the centre of the entire map and world! Every player starts off here and can build here if they find the room to do so. Spawn builds may be periodically moved depending on their quality. You can get to spawn via the main rail network, walk there along the highways, or just do the command /spawn to access it.

Stuff in Spawn

Spawn contains many fun and wonderful things that players have built! Such as iron farms, funiculars, parkour, some small villages, and the welcome centre! In all seriousness though below is a list of every major structure or farm in Spawn.

History of Spawn

Spawn first started in September of 2025 when  SiOtter and  Moxieskip created the server. A farm was established on the rivers Eastern bank and  Moxieskip made herself a house where the theatre today stands. Being the first settlement on the server, spawn grew quickly during the first week of Moxiecraft gaining multiple player bases and builds within its confines. New Riga and DSE were the first of these places to gain multiple builders, with New Riga specifically gaining a museum made by the moderator  sporb.

Spawn used to have another town within its grounds, known as Azeroth. Unfortunately, it was later removed, due to  hawkfan83's ban. Now, in its place there is a shopping district, and the only thing that remains of the town is a piece of its outer wall by the bridge to New Riga, and a world download made by  Sweetcorm.

Spawn quickly also gained a Railway Station that would be constructed using redstone to sort lines. This big brutalist station would only last two months and be replaced by the much more quaint brick one that stands today.

Spawns growth would halt around January 2025 and stagger when former moderator  ChatGBT built a giant mansion right next to it that would remain unfinished until its removal. Post-removal of all of said players unfinished builds would bring renewed attention to the spawn area. During the servers anniversary the admins  SiOtter,  Xeon, and  Sweetcorm would manage to get 25 people online at once in spawn to break the servers player-count record. During the anniversary two small build contests were also held in spawn with the prize for both being 10 seconds of creative mode.  Lord_President and  Skittlekid won the contest and the access to creative mode, both of their builds and all the other ones made by the participants can be seen in Spawn today.
